We can say the same about Ted Casino. In fact, we could even say that the two casinos are virtually identical. The name “Ted Casino” could have been brought to life by a teddy bear theme which would have brought the whole site to life, but the opportunity has been missed. Like Ted Casino, Monkey Casino is guilty of not doing enough with its theme to justify its name. It’s a wasted opportunity to take a name like “Monkey Casino” and not pair it with a cute monkey mascot to appeal to players. As it is, the site has no hook at all.
Vegas Paradise
Vegas Paradise is a better-looking casino than Monkey Casino despite being considerably older. In fact, Vegas Paradise has been around for longer than almost any of the other Mako Casino sister sites. ProgressPlay Limited was founded in 2012, and Vegas Paradise went live the same year. It’s one of the first iGaming sites the highly respected operator ever came up with. It’s showing its age a little now in terms of its design, but it has plenty to offer when it comes to betting content. We’ve seen two iterations of Interbet already – we called them Bet Storm and GatoBet. With a name like O’Reels, this has to be an Irish-themed casino site – except it isn’t really. The green tinge around the O’Reels logo (plus the font) screams “Irish,” but there’s nothing else about the casino that fits the theme. It simply isn’t adaptable enough to allow room for proper theming, and that’s why so many of the Mako Casino sister sites look and feel so plain and uninteresting. It would be easier to overlook the “same old” style of O’Reels if it blew us away in other areas, but it actually has one of the weakest welcome promotions on the whole ProgressPlay Limited platform. Most of the casinos on the network have matched deposit welcome promotions. O’Reels can only muster a few free spins. It’s a dud.
