Bonnie Bingo sister sites 2025
Hippo Bingo
We think that someone on the design team that worked on the Bonnie Bingo sister sites had a strange sense of humour. There’s a recurring theme among the sites, which is the absence of the very thing referred to in their names. Butterfly Bingo, for example, doesn’t have any butterflies. Duck Duck Bingo doesn’t have any ducks. Hippo Bingo, as you’ll doubtless have worked out by now, doesn’t have any hippos. The massive creatures aren’t the only surprising omission from the Hippo Bingo homepage, though. You also won’t find any bingo games. Perhaps the hippos ran off with them. In all seriousness, though, the absence of the theming and gaming matter referred to in the title of Hippo Bingo is a real head-scratcher. Why is this called Hippo Bingo if it’s a hippo-less slots site? Your guess is as good as ours, so answers on a postcard to the usual address, please.
Woman’s Own Bingo
”Woman’s Own Bingo” would be a fairly terrible name for a bingo site in this day and age if it weren’t for the fact that this iGaming site is attached to a publication called “Women’s Own.” You might be familiar with it; it’s been in circulation in the UK for a very long time. Quite why someone thought it would be a good idea to formulate the site’s web address as “womansown-bingo.co.uk” is beyond us – it looks very clumsy. This is one of several Bonnie Bingo sister sites that can claim links with similar UK-based gossip and celebrity-obsessed magazines, and they all follow a similar format. Regrettably, the format includes poor welcome promotions and not including many bingo rooms as part of their portfolio. It’s a wonder that the owners of the publications that the sites are associated with don’t get in touch with Grand Battery Holdings and demand better.
Gossip Bingo
Based on what we just said about Woman’s Own Bingo, you might imagine that Gossip Bingo is the official iGaming site of “Gossip,” which is yet another glossy tittle-tattle magazine. It isn’t. In fact, if we had to describe the theme of Gossip Bingo, we’d say that the combination of rolling green fields and an apparently singing woman on its homepage make us think of “The Sound of Music,” although we can’t say whether or not that’s the designer’s intention. We’re far more certain that Gossip Bingo isn’t a great bingo site. It’s very much like Woman’s Own Bingo in that it only offers a handful of bingo games. While it boasts of having five hundred games to offer, nearly all of them are slots. On any other casino network, that would be unusual. Among the Bonnie Bingo sister sites, that’s pretty much par for the course.
Dabber Bingo
The phrase “Mecca dobber” was immortalised in the Arctic Monkeys song “Fluorescent Adolescent” and helped to pin down the word “dobber” as the correct term for the pen that people use to mark their bingo cards with. There are still plenty of people who prefer to use the word “dabber,” though, and that’s the inspiration behind the theme of Dabber Bingo. If you can excuse it for using the teeth-grating slogan, “live, laugh, bingo,” you’ll find that Dabber Bingo has lots of fantastic bingo rooms and doesn’t apply wagering requirements to any of the bonuses and promotions that it offers. That’s not something you can say about too many of the Bonnie Bingo sister sites. It still finds room for slots but only includes about three hundred of them because they’re not the real focus of the site. Sadly, we heard on the grapevine that Dabber Bingo may be closing soon. If so, it’ll be a real loss to the network.
Pink Ribbon Bingo
Pink Ribbon Bingo looks nothing like any of the other Bonnie Bingo sister sites. On a network where far too many of the bingo sites and casinos are clones of each other, that’s a blessing. It also behaves nothing like any of the other casinos or iGaming sites on this platform. Pink Ribbon Bingo is connected to breast cancer charities – that’s what the pink ribbon means – and donates a proportion of profits to them. That makes it very hard to criticise the site, but we have to offer a modicum of criticism anyway because its welcome promotion is poorly suited to a bingo site. It’s all about slots bonuses and free spins on slots, which isn’t ideal when all you want to do is play bingo. There are still plenty of bingo rooms, though – including some of the best on this platform – so you could always decline the welcome bonus and move straight on to them.
Electric Spins
Electric Spins promises its players a “shockingly good” slots experience (the casino’s words, not ours). We’re not sure what it’s trying to say about the other Bonnie Bingo sister sites. Maybe it’s aware that not all of them are what they’re cracked up to be. We can’t find much in the way of fault with the collection of slots and games at Electric Spins; there are plenty of great slots both old and new in a catalogue that contains roughly five hundred games in total. Where we do find the casino wanting, though, is in its welcome promotion. When there are casinos on the Grand Battery Holdings platform that give away hundreds of pounds or free spins as part of their welcome package, Electric Spins is never going to turn many heads when all it can muster is twenty-five free spins. Perhaps the small daily allocation of free spins makes up for it.
Cherry Wins
We’ve spoken a couple of times about the fact that most of the Bonnie Bingo sister sites were made using a design template. There are actually several templates in use across the range, but the most common of them is the one you can see at Cherry Wins. There must be about fifty or sixty sites on this platform that look like Cherry Wins, and you won’t find many differences between any of them. They all come with five hundred slots (the exact same five hundred slots, as it happens), and they all come with a single promotion, which is their welcome promotion. The template doesn’t allow for the inclusion of any bonuses or promotions beyond that. There’s nothing wrong with any of this if all you’re looking for is a basic bit of slots fun and you couldn’t care less about promotions – we’re just making sure you go into the casino with your eyes open.
