Reel Island operates a 24/7 live chat service, which can be accessed through the “contact” page (or through the chat icon, which should remain in view at all times). Failing that, emails can be sent to support@reelisland.com. Someone should be available to respond at all times. UK Gambling Commission licence number 52894, held by White Hat Gaming Limited, covers Reel Island. The licence was reviewed by the UKGC in January 2021, and the review didn’t go well for White Hat Gaming. Failures in protocols relating to protecting customers and preventing money laundering were identified. Reel Island neither looks nor performs like one of the best casinos on the White Hat Gaming platform.
